We respond to emails within approximately 24 hours. To make sure we don’t miss anything, please reach out to us through one platform only. If you’ve also sent a message somewhere else, just give us a quick heads-up so we can keep things tidy.

For our group and semi-private tours, we have different pickup routes to keep transfer times as short as possible. We kindly ask for your flexibility with preferred tour dates.

Our main office is open daily from 9 AM until 9 PM (EET) in May and October, and from June until September from 9 AM until 11 PM (EET).

Our second office is open daily from 9:30 AM until 2:30 PM and from 5:30 PM until 8:30 PM in May and October, and from 9:30 AM until 2:30 PM and from 5:30 PM until 10:30 PM from June until September.

With Nefis Travel, you have the option to book the excursion of your choice now and pay when you arrive in Zakynthos!

If you prefer to pay before arriving in Zakynthos, we can send you a secure online payment link to pay with your credit card or ApplePay or we can provide you with an IBAN for a bank transfer. In this case, your ticket will be sent to you via email or WhatsApp, along with details about your excursion's pick-up point.

In case you are staying in Planos - Tsilivi resort area, you can collect your tickets and pay by debit card or cash at one of our Nefis Travel offices. Please make sure you come to collect and pay your tickets 24 hours before the departure of all Zakynthos tours, and 48 hours before the departure of the Kefalonia and Olympia tours.

For your convenience, we also offer ticket delivery to your accommodation, if you are staying outside the Tsilivi - Planos resort area, in this case the payment can be done in cash only. We offer this service when you are staying in Argasi, Zakynthos town, Kalamaki, Laganas, Agios Sostis/Koukla and Tragaki. Tickets get delivered 24 hours before the departure of all Zakynthos tours, and 48 hours before the departure of the Kefalonia and Olympia tours.

In case you are staying in any other resort than mentioned above, we can send you a secure online payment link that you can pay with your credit card or ApplePay. Once we have received a payment confirmation, you will receive your ticket via WhatsApp or e-mail, as soon as we have received a confirmation of the payment.

Our excursions are already offered at great value, but we always aim to be flexible. For larger groups interested in joining our tours and boat trips, we’re happy to explore tailored discounts or special arrangements. Please don’t hesitate to get in touch , we’ll be glad to assist!

The difference between group, semi-private, and private tours and cruises mainly comes down to the number of participants and level of exclusivity.

Group Tours

Our group tours are a wonderful way to explore Zakynthos while sharing the journey with fellow travellers. Comfort is always key: on our eco-friendly turtle tour, we welcome a maximum of 55 guests on a boat that could hold 100, leaving plenty of space to stretch out and enjoy the sea breeze. On our famous Shipwreck tour, the bus group is divided over two speedboats, each carrying just 24 guests, creating a more relaxed and friendly atmosphere. If you enjoy making new connections while discovering the island, this is the perfect choice.

Semi-Private Tours

For a more intimate experience, our semi-private tours are limited to just 12 or 19 guests, depending on the excursion. You’ll travel in luxury minibuses and modern speedboats, with a relaxed pace and more personal attention from your guide. These tours are ideal for families or groups of friends who prefer a cosy atmosphere without going fully private.

Private Tours

Looking for complete exclusivity? Our private tours are tailored entirely to you. With your own luxury minibus and speedboat, you set the pace and choose the day. It’s the ultimate way to experience Zakynthos with maximum flexibility, privacy, and the freedom to create memories your way.

We offer free transfers from nearly all popular Zakynthos resorts, including Tsilivi, Laganas, Zakynthos Town, Kalamaki, Argasi, Tragaki, Lithakia & Agios Sostis/Koukla.

If you are staying in Alykes or Alykanas, pickups for our Shipwreck tours and the Kefalonia excursion are no problem. For our other tours, pickup is possible on certain days, and we kindly ask for your flexibility with the preferred excursion date. A small extra cost may apply.

For guests in more remote areas such as Keri and Vasilikos, we cannot guarantee a pickup, but we will do our very best to provide this service for a small extra cost.

Lunch is not included in any of the excursion prices, except for the Zante Secret Senses Tour, where food at a traditional taverna is included in the price.

You are more than welcome to bring your own lunch box on any of the excursions. We kindly ask that it is enjoyed outside of the tavernas, as these venues provide their own food and service.

At Nefis Travel, we are proud of our reputation for offering high-quality excursions and exceptional customer service, which is why we’ve been praised by guests for many years. When booking a boat trip, please note that we always aim to provide the best experience, but unexpected situations can arise.

For the Shipwreck and Blue Caves boat trip, if sea conditions are uncertain, we’ll contact you before the excursion to inform you of any changes. If conditions prevent access to Shipwreck Bay, we’ll offer Plan B (e.g. a bus visit to the Shipwreck platform, extra time at the Blue Caves and a stop at Pelagaki beach).

Sea conditions can be unpredictable, which is why we recommend booking your boat trips early in your holiday. This way, if changes are needed, we can easily reschedule you for another day. We’ll always be transparent and provide options to reschedule, refund, or proceed with plan B.

The child age for our Zakynthos tours and cruises is up to 12 years old. For tours outside of Zakynthos, such as the Kefalonia and Olympia tours, child fares apply to children aged 9 and under. From 10 years old, the adult fare is charged, as per ferry regulations.

Our excursions are child-friendly and suitable for children of all ages. They inspire curiosity, spark wonder, and create unforgettable memories. Here are some examples of the experiences that will captivate your little explorers:

Eco-Friendly Turtle Spotting Trip: Children learn about the endangered Caretta-Caretta sea turtles through a presentation by Archelon and enjoy a pirate game featuring an Odysseus-inspired treasure hunt. Many children later create school projects to help protect the turtles.

Back to the Roots Tour: Families hear Greek myths, see how olive oil and local products are made, enjoy live music over lunch, and experience many engaging stops. Children often send us drawings inspired by this unforgettable day.

Shipwreck & Blue Caves Trip: Children love the thrill of sailing on a speedboat and, under the guidance of our captain, may even have the chance to take the helm and experience being a captain for a while! They enjoy fascinating stories about Zakynthos and might also spot dolphins or seals along the way! Our Above & Beyond Shipwreck Tour offers the same benefits for children, with the added feature of an amazing view of the Shipwreck from above and taste local products.
