Who are we?
Nefis Travel is the leading travel company in Zakynthos. We are a successful, local, and fast-growing tour company that organizes daily boat and bus tours both within and outside of Zakynthos. We offer small-scale tours away from the crowds, with a high level of customer service.
What are we looking for?
Tour Guides: Enthusiastic individuals with a passion for inspiring and leading clients through enriching experiences on Zakynthos. If you have a love for sharing local knowledge and creating memorable moments, we want you on our team.
Sales Representatives and Office Support Professionals: Results-oriented, detail-focused team players who excel at building relationships and driving sales. If you thrive in a dynamic environment and enjoy exceeding targets, and you’re proactive and skilled at problem-solving, you’ll play a crucial role in ensuring smooth operations. Your expertise will be invaluable to us.
What will you be doing?
Tour Guides: Leading boat and bus tours on a daily basis (guiding, informing and transfers) while ensuring our guests leave with smiles on their faces at the end of the day.
Sales Representatives and Office Support Professionals: Providing exceptional customer service at our offices (explaining tours, selling tickets, handling WhatsApp service, phone and hotel bookings, etc.) to assist our guests in the best possible way.
We are looking for individuals who are:
Motivated, hardworking, and willing to go the extra mile.
Loyal, flexible, and not afraid of challenges.
Able to handle stress with great perseverance.
Enthusiastic, fun, and enjoy interacting with others.
Eager to learn and take initiative.
Fluent in English and/or Dutch, with an EU passport.
Experienced in tourism (guiding and service). This is preferred but not a must.
Experienced with First Aid. This is preferred but not a must.
Available from April until October.

Starting April 15th, we will have a refresher training program in Zakynthos to cover everything learned during the winter.
